заказ прибыл очень быстро. с продавцом не общалась. тапки супер классные! с размером только ошиблась немного. но брала по большей части для того, чтобы сидеть в холода за компом и не бояться простудиться. у меня длина стопы 23,5 см, ширина в области косточки см. без косточки это был бы 37 размер. Но зимой приходится носить 3. поэтому заказала тапки 3-40. их длина 27 см подошва внешне, 26 см внутри. ходить по дому великоваты, но мне не критично. главное, не жмут, и в них очень тепло! продавца рекомендую.
